Pics of the bottom,
Inset unbroken heat/smoke ring,
hollowed out underside of handle and the Z actually looks like two number 7's one upright and one upside down.
Reinforced lip

It will be a while before I get it into the lye bath as I have a few pieces in there right now, I wasn't going to pick it up as from the top it just looked clunky and I thought Asian but when I flipped it and saw the Z and the fire pitting I decided it was most likely not Asian...and the price was right

Valerie, could this be a no-notch Lodge?

Hi Donna, It has some similarities to a Lodge but some subtle differences, The underside of the handle, The angle of the edge of the pan outside the heat ring and the wide reinforced lip,The raised number on the handle, I am not familiar enough with early Lodge so I am just basing my opinion on what I have seen.

Unknown to me, sorry I'm not more help, but I do like it! ;D
