Wagner Glass Dutch Oven Cover

I picked up a Wagner Dutch Oven.
It came with a Glass Pyrex cover with C-FF and 626C on the cover.
Could that have been the original cover?

Would need pictures of entire lid, and also close up of markings.  Also pics of the Dutch oven with markings.  :) :) to establish 'age'....
