When it was brought to me for inspection, as shown above... well I wasn't letting it go once I checked it over real good...  :)

But I forget how many pieces of hammered iron there was in that lot, but it was all for 'one money'. And it looked like it was made yesterday.  :o :o

you sure score some very beautiful iron Cheryl and if not you do amazing restoration on them.  I have one like yours however the number is 2028 and a matching lid but it doesn't latch onto the bottom.   Can you tell me what is the difference between the different numbers?  Thanks.
