Who is H. MFG Co.
when was it produced?

Mitch, I don't know anything about H Mfg Co, but I don't think that's a cooking vessel.  It looks like either a lead-melting pot or a glue pot.  I don't think I'd want to eat anything out of it. :P

Holland Manufacturing, Erie, Pa....

Produced plumbing supplies and a lot of other things. (not cookware)

This is a lead smelting pot, and is NOT cookware.

I don't know if there is any value attached.

That is very interesting.   I just like it, nice little shelf piece.
