Can anyone identify my new muffin pan?
« on: September 02, 2014, 06:39:09 AM »
Picked this up a week ago.
Got it cleaned and seasoned.
Only making is A with a dot below it.
Oh, any tips on using this type of pan?
I normally use a regular skillet for cornbread, so I may have to change up the size of the batch and the way I grease it.

Agree with Al--Wagner.  You can also use it for muffins or with liners for cupcakes too.
The good chefs never burn anything--we call it "culinary brown"!!
