I've been told this is a BSR

I've seen ONE other like this, but the members of the BSR Facebook group have serious doubt...any ideas? It is marked with a 14 only and is 15 1/4 in.

Any ideas about what it is? I am just starting to get REALLY into collecting. (I ordered the Red book today) but all I have are Griswold's and Wagners...I don't know too much about the unmarked.

Dale, top and bottom photos of the complete piece are needed for items like this. People need to see the entire item for the best chance at an ID or at least to provide a better response.

Pictures for ID purposes should at the least look something like this, showing the entire bottom including handle, and entire top including handle... :)
