Greetings to all. It took a while to get myself registered due to the holiday distractions. I'm always happy to find a new source for information. I got into DO cooking as a covid hobby this summer and my interest in CI has grown. This site goes into details like no other group I've seen. This will be my first go-to when I look anything up.
