Lodge lid for sure(old one). Question the bottom though as older Lodge D/O's had heat rings and bale is different. Could be a "marriage" Need closer look at bottom. :-/

The bail attachment looks older Griswold to me or a copy thereof, What you are calling a weld I think may be a sand shift when it was cast
That's an older Lodge bottom. The lid and bottom go together, nice find.
According to the RED book, your D/O was made sometimes between 1920-40. That $20 looks :o better all the time!!! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
