Very nice Cheryl

Hello Cheryl. Out here in Ohio, it used to be that Indians come along in the middle of the night it was not a good thing at all. But you see how times have changed.  :)

Congratulations on your new acquisition Cheryl.  :)

Thanks all... My first Indian WI...

Now, here's hoping that the paint job does not reveal any unpleasant surprises!   Painted pieces are always a lil bit of a gamble...

Hahaha.  I have like 12ish pieces now, skillets and corn bread pans and my wife has already declared that I have a problem.  :)   I did show her and my oldest some waffle irons though and they both want one so it won't be too bad when I find one. Here's hoping I get a deal on one.

Cheryl, I don't need any more waffle irons, but I would gladly make an exception for an Indian Head waffle iron.

Tommy, you may be headed for a dark place.  Waffle irons are like potato chips and dogs: you can't have just one.

Or, let me correct that: you won't have just one.

Well, I do have 5 kids to cook for so I will definitely  need to be doing at least2 Waffles at a time.  One of those hotel waffle makers would be nice that make several at a time.

Five Munchkins!  Wow!

Now you know you are gonna need a 3 or 4 cake Flop Griddle to increase Pancake production too, right?

Tommy, I hate to add to your list of "must haves" but flop griddles are the best way to cook a large quantity of pancakes.  I don't make pancakes unless I am making a lot.  So I break out my flop griddles.

Well, now that I have Googled how to use them, I definitely need one.  Lol. Do you guys use them on a grill?  They don't look electric range friendly.

I agree a waffle iron is a better fit for a coil style electric stove.

I thought about using a flop griddle on a grill, but have never done so.  I am a devout charcoal guy so heat regulation would be more difficult for me.  But if you have a gas grill it should work fine.
