A. Belanger LTEE skillet ( Canada)

I got this coming, another Canadian  foundry to add to my collection

A. BELANGER  LTEE,  Montmagny P. QUE,   with  a " B" diamond logo in center,  sorry for the bad photo, all I had at moment

 I saw it on the east coast,  I messaged and called the seller, BUT no way no how would this guy ship,  I offered more, I cried, stomped my feet ,nope not doing it.....

Anyway,  I had recently sold a guy in Alberta some Creuset pieces, and we have become  friends,  sharing links and leads,  and yes, dissapointed when a seller just won't ship,

So....  what does he do?  he places an ad in  the same local area asking anyone if they would go   secure the skillet and send it to me, and guess what?   someone decided to help out,   So he paid them  and it's on it's way

Isn't it great when total strangers  help each other out :)

I'll be sure to post more photos when I get it

Mike, isn't it wonderful how this internet thing has affected people? Isn't it great how some even will go to the lengths that was common in years past, just to be friendly and accommodating? Ya gotta love it.

Finally got her.   Actually it was shipped out back when I posted this thread, but went to wrong unit # and shipped back, the sender happened to be gone on vacation, so had to wait another 3 weeks to reship

I sized it up to a #7 SL Gris  , and it's just over 4lbs,

She'll be going in the lye today  and hope to have the finished look soon

New observations....

There is no reinforcement lip on this skillet,  and the outer sides of it have been polished smooth like the inside.  The only rough cast showing is under the handle ,where it connects to the pan and surrounding the logo portion under the skillet,
