Need help identifying these skillets
« on: April 09, 2014, 03:18:04 PM »
Does anyone know what these skillets are and how old?  I'm sure there is an easy way to tell, but as I am just starting out, I'm not sure!  Thanks for your help!

I'll chime in and say

BS&R ( Birminghman Stove & Range Co.)
Centuries Series ,  1960's

in future photo posts,  always best to include complete skillet  :)

Yep... BSR.
Mike is on the money!  :)

The pictures should always include the entire bottom and entire handle, as the handle style is critical in identifying pieces.

The BSR handle style is unique to BSR....

I think they are Birmingham Range and Stove Company "Century Series"...but don't know for sure.  If that's the case, does anyone know what they might be worth?  Or are they just great user skillets?

One more to identify....this one has a faded marking right in the middle...i tried accenting it and I circled it in the second photo.  Any thoughts?

Thanks so much for everyone's help...this forum has been a ton of fun
