Let's give a BIG WAGS WELCOME to Hubert (goes by Jay) Hoffman, III from Alexandria, Virginia.  Jay likes to both collect and regularly use Griswold cast iron and has been doing so for 30 years or so.  Jay, you have come to the right place to learn more about the cast iron you have collected.  There are many topics on both the public side and the Member's side of the Forum.  You may really enjoy looking over our cooking and recipe threads, "Too Many Chefs in the Kitchen" and "The WAGS Cookbook".  If you have any favorite recipes you would like to share, we'd love to see them!!  Have fun looking around the Forum and feel free to ask questions or make comments.      ENJOY!!!
