Hello, my name is Joseph. While I am not yet a Wag member, I wanted to join the forum and meet all you fine people. I am a 35 yr old phlebotomist, with 2 children, and a wife that I drive crazy with my passion for cast iron. Hehe. I have been collecting for nearly 10 years, and while my collection has only recently started to increase, it is the only thing that is used in our home.

I have so many Lodge pieces that I can’t keep track of them all, but I have been venturing out to the world of Wagner and Griswold and have found that I enjoy them much more. The iron is much smoother then that of Lodge, but Lodge is mainly in my arsenal.

I just recently purchased the red and blue book, and plan on getting my membership to Wags mailed off this week, hoping it will be accepted.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for your time, and I must warn you, I cone full of questions. I have already had the pleasure of corresponding with Mr Stahl and he can attest to that fact I am sure.

So, if you get a chance and want to shoot the breeze about CI with me, email me or send me a message. I look forward to the wealth of knowledge that inundates this forum. I look forward to learning from you all.
