I picked up this Erie skillet tonight without knowing anything about them. After doing some quick research it looks like this is an older piece than I thought I was getting.
I'm curious if anyone can confirm the series. My guess is series 1, but I know nothing about this.
Also, I read the cleaning and seasoning info. This doesn't look like it's in too bad of shape, but I want to make sure that best practice is to give this a nice clean before use.
