Anybody know how to remove concrete from aluminum?

Found this today. Figured for a couple of bucks itís worth the challenge.

Aluminum reacts with caustic, but it holds up to acids. Try giving it a soak in a vinegar solution. The vinegar should dissolve the calcium mineral content in the concrete.

You can also try Muriatic acid but be careful with it or you can make a solution of cream of tartar and vinegar

Boil in Oxalic Acid for 5 minutes at a time.....

How do you know it is 'concrete'?
