Seeing how this works. I am new to this forum but have years of experience on various forums. I have interests in Woodworking (I am a cabinetmaker) and Coleman lanterns along with cast iron. I have always been fascinated by cast iron cooking and inherited my mother's set of 3 pans. They are the generic 3 notch Lodge, a #3, #5, and #8. I later bought a #10 3 notch Lodge to go with that set. I do not have much cast iron but I hope to learn more about it and I enjoy cooking with it. I hope to make some friends here as well. My favorite piece right now is my early Wagner #8 pan, a thing of great beauty.
