Elaine and me ( Tom ) arrived early on Tuesday, did our food shopping yesterday.  Missed most of the traffic delays.  Ready to set up for the cook out this evening, but only brought 3 camp ovens this time.

Good cookin' good food, and good times had by all.  If you went away hungry, it was your own fault.

I admit, I dropped the ball on thanking everyone for their donations for the door prizes, and raffle items for the convention.
Jim and Diana Hickling
Daryl and Mary Lou Moyer
Sandy and Terry Glenn
Randy Eckstein
Larry and Sue Foxx
JT Mummert

Are some of the folks Deb and I can recall. If I still missed thanking you, please, let me know.
Now, to post some pics.......

Good Morning from Michigan :)

Just want to let you know that I made it home safe around 5:30-6am. Somewhere around 8 1/2 to 9hrs, and I had the GPS take no toll roads... no $55.50 in tolls >:( on the way home.

It was lots of fun taking little state highways to cut over/up from one Interstate to the next. I haven't done it this way in years, next time I'll try for daytime to see more sights. Either way, it was something I'd do again. The company and experience ;) made it my best time driving in a long time...

Thanks to all the cooking team (and the others who helped clean up), and all the hungry members... maybe we can trade places in NC next year? We had a couple of members interested in trying their hand with a camp oven, if you need any info you can contact any of the "team" for some tips.

And... I planned to arrive home with about 1/8 a tank of gas, so that I could get some "Michigan" gas, $2.39 at Costco today 8-)

I wish everyone heading home a pleasant trip, and safety at home for our Southern members.

I wonder how much it would cost to pay one of you all to straighten out all of them beautiful pictures so I can slowly work this kink out of my neck?

Also what is that neat looking piece that looks like a cone maker and who does it belong to? Thanks.  :)

And Dwayne Henson is that you? If so you look stately.

Sorry Perry... the sideways pictures cannot be fixed...

It is a conflict between old digital technology and new digital technology....

Just click on the ACTUAL FILE NAME, upper left, and it will pop up, right side up.

That Cone Maker was neat!  Don't remember who brought it..... too much information overload....

Sorry Cheryl but I can't make it work. Something is not going right. And I'm not even sure that I am following your instructions correctly. What seems so simple to some is not so simple to others.  :-/
