What's this little lady?

Howdy, y'all!
Came across this little lady and was wondering if anyone could help me identify her?
She's about 12" deep, has a single triangle "bale" on only one side, three feet and a hard to decipher 3 letter(?) stamp on the bottom. Also looks like there may be a VERY thin gate mark?
