Unmarked 7" cast iron pot
« on: April 19, 2015, 06:39:55 PM »
I picked up an old pot today and I am trying to identify the maker, To me the handle looks like Wagner Ware, Here are some pics for your opinions, The pot measure 7" across the inside at the top and is 4 3/4" deep, There are no marking on the bottom or the handle

To me the shape of the handle, the scoop out and the ridge and triangle flat shape where it meets the pot look like most Wagner Ware skillets I have seen

That certainly looks like a Deep Fat Fryer to me.   :)

Will be interesting to see if any markings appear after cleaning.

I have looked it over pretty thoroughly and as far as I can tell there are no markings either on the bottom or on the top or bottom of the handle
But if the experts thinks it a Wagner then I'm happy

Thanks Cheryl(& un named Wagner expert) & Dwayne

Interesting... I've never seen an unmarked WW deep fat fryer.  Doesn't mean they didn't make them, just means I've never seen one.

I DO have a Marked Wagner Deep Fryer though...
