No 11 spider with gatemark

Picked up the "No. 11 in" spider with gatemark.

Some features suggest Blacklock/Lodge to me, but the lack of initials on the both seem to say a different foundry.

The presentation of "No. 11 in" is probably a significant clue, but i don't know who used that format.
