I was told on the griswold site on facebook that it was lodge and was listed in the red book.Not sure as i only have the blue one but thats what the man said.
Lets go collect some iron.LOL

Hello Robert. I don't ever recall seeing that piece in the RB. I may be wrong but that sounds like BS to me. I don't have my books with me. Can somebody please check this out in the RB and let us know? Thanks. They say a lot of things on FB.  :-/

John Sieck is the guy i was talking to.Not sure if he is a member of our group or not.He said there was three sizes and the prices ranged from 125.00 to 185.00

The three sizes part sounds right. But then you've got to include the fact that they were made in multiple years & models. Wagner made 2 or 3, not sure of Griswold or Lodge. I've never seen one marked like this one... are there any markings on the bottom?

Not that i could find just the letters on the lid.I will look again this evening to be sure i didnt overlook any.Seems like the bottom was smooth with no markings.

The one in the RB doesn't have any lettering on the lid, but the rest of yours looks like the one in the book. The shape of the lid, how the lid raises up, the oven handles, the basting spikes and the pattern.?? Does that lid have a molders mark?  Page232 in the RB.

I did not see a makers mark.I will look again tomorrow but all i remember is the words oval roaster on the lid and nothing on the bottom part at all. :-?
