Cast Iron Junkyard #7 Scalloped Lodge DO

Anyone been missing the Cast Iron Junkyard Reports? Made a trip up there last week and decided to post up what I found since I finally found my camera. Picked up a black iron Scalloped Lodge #7 DO with the correct 7-7 Lodge lid. I also found a marked #8 Lodge skillet lid, a #9 Lodge skillet lid, and a #7 Lodge skillet lid. I have taken better pictures.

#3  Its hard to see to scallops because its has so much crud on the bottom, plus my picture is horrible

Nice rescues Rick! When you find these at a scrapyard, do they just charge by the pound, or what? There's a large scrapyard by me, I'm thinking I'd better go look. It's where I bought some scrap SS for my electro....didn't even think to check for scrap iron while I was there, doh!  ::)

Pretty nice gig if you can get it..they probably pay by the pound and charge by the piece? No idea what my local scrapyard does, but I'm going to find out!  ;)
