Any ideas on who made this Chicken Fryer?

At a quick glance, research says BS&R but I can find no mention of a blob and letter, the handle doesn't match the BSR descriptions and I was told the indentations dont match the BSR pattern. Also there is a blob and N inside the center of the skillet lid.  The lid handle is bigger on one side but not as drastic as the more common ones.
