Hearthstone cookware, which includes skillets, was a line manufactured by General Housewares Corporation, which was one of the owners of the Wagner Factory. This line carried the Griswold and Wagner name. Just guessin, but I'd say they were made into the 80's maybe later. Also, they were kind of klunky, as were a lot of the later Wagners which carried the GHC name.

Thanks Perry, that explains a lot as the casting isn't anything exciting. I hadn't seen one before. I'm going to pass on it.
