Unmarked Hammered 11" Deep Skillet

Any ideas on this one? It's 11". No markings on it. Smooth bottom. Don't believe it's a Chicago Hardware Foundry due to its handle. Could it be a Wagner? Here's a side view.

Views of the handle. A Chicago on the Left, the unmarked one one the Right.

Top view of the handles Chicago Hardware on the left, Unmarked one on the Right. I had a deep skillet cover around and it fits it perfectly. The cover is shown in the red book page 33.

Tough call Dwayne. I have a skillet like the one in question except in black iron, I thought it was WW. The hammering seems larger than WW, the one I have came with what appears to be a WW hammered lid comparing basting rings to other WW covers. But the hammer marks don't appear to be the same on the lid and skillet. It's hard to tell cause I ain't cleaned it. It has such a nice black look I hate to clean it, but I guess I'm gonna have to so I can check it out. Also WW hammered skillets have the hammering on to the bottom of the skillet a little bit. I've been messing with this hammered iron since I started collecting. Just when ya think ya got a handle on whats what something else pops up. Sure keeps it interesting. Heres a comparison of bottoms to a marked WW skillet.
Gray Iron-- Old as antiquity, new as tomorrow.

Dwayne, even noting the different hammering patterns Ed mentioned I think your deep pan is a Wagner.  They made a lot of hammered iron for Sears c.1940 so that could be what you have.
