Jerry,

Your original picture was 2048 pixels wide by 1536 pixels tall which is twice as wide as many common PC displays.  For example, my laptop screen is 1024 pixels wide.

If your camera has a 640 x 480 setting, use this setting for pictures you take to post here (or on any web site) and they will fit fine and you won't have to do the re-sizing procedure.

Jerry, ERIE markings went though a lot of small changes during the years they were put on pans (c.1880 to c.1907) and yours is one of several (don't know how many several is)  variations on bowls.  I don't know that your pot would be worth any more than a slant TM pan or block bowl.  Pots and bowls are not in much demand but, if you have one in really great shape (no pitting) it's certainly a lot more desireable than a pitted one even if the pitting is minor.  Slant TM's are not always worth more than other TM's; it depends on what the piece is.  An ERIE 5 skillet is worth a lot more than a slant TM one but not as much as a block TM pan w/heat rim yet all are worth more than a block TM smooth bottom which is worth more than a small TM but less than a hammered small TM.  The books do not picture nearly all of the different variations of pieces that Griswold made.  There simply isn't enough room in a book to do so.

Steve or others,

For these #5 skillets you mentioned, could you give a rough estimate of value for these 1 thru 6?

1. block TM pan w/heat rim
2. ERIE 5 skillet
3. slant TM
4. block TM smooth bottom
5. hammered small TM
6. small TM

Thanks Gary

Gary, I don't follow prices close enough to give a close approximation.  Do you have the blue book?  Price are in there although they may not be indicative of current ebay prices.  But here's my best guess:  $350, 275, 60-45(EPU), 30, ?, 15
