Griswold No. 5 Classic Quadruple Center Draft heater

I just acquired a No. 5 heater and now restoring it to it's original glory. All parts included. Plain foot rest. Gas manifold included. I cannot find a recent sale(2014), so I was wondering the value after its restoration. Thanks for your response.
