Square griddle ID. Any ideas?
« on: July 17, 2016, 08:04:43 PM »
I am waiting to hear back to get a pic of the bottom side but I like the shape of this.   Is it a quality piece?  Value?

The Google says BSR.  Sound about right?  Worth $10?

I agree -- BS&R.  $10 is a fair price IMO as long as you don't have to pay extra for shipping.  Those BS&R pieces are pretty hefty... not cheap to ship.

It's only a few minutes out of my way to work.   No shipping.  My current favorite piece is a BSR Square skillet.  I really want to try this guy out.  I think I'll grab it for $10.  I just asked if it had any wobble, and they said none at all.  Thanks. :)

And I just realized, I put skillet instead of griddle in the title.  Sorry guys.  :)

For 10$ grab it, you will soon find that it will become your go to skillet/griddle for breakfast.  It will do 6 strips of bacon at once, I do a whole package at a time and we have BLTs then for lunch during the week.
These normally go for upwards of 40$ when you can fine one.

I was hoping that extra inch over my skillet was gonna help out.   Right now, that square skillet is the go to for everything, especially breakfast.  :)  I'm getting excited.  Lol

Picked it up tonight on the way home.   It has just a wee bit of wobble, but it's not bad.   I'm not too worried because it's a user.   It's in the lye bath now.  I can't wait to use this puppy.
