This is incomplete and the lid does not go with it. Kook All is three pieces all hammered. The piece you have is the kettle and there's a skillet with removable handle sits in the kettle and a lid.
  Is the lid you have iron or alum? Pic of underside of lid? Looks Favorite.

Looks Favorite to me. Aluminum or iron?? If it is iron I don't remember a plated piece from Favorite.

If you have a magnet you can see if it sticks. 

It is missing the insert pan and has the incorrect lid
