Griswold A777 "SPECIAL"?
« on: July 31, 2014, 06:12:24 PM »
I just want to find out any info about this that I can. I am not so much worried about value, rather any history or scarcity.

Thanks

According to the latest BB by Smith and Wafford this is an aluminum skillet with a wooden handle. Did you cut the handle off?  :-/

No, I cropped the pic to focus on the bottom of the pan...sorry. Do you have any info on this?

When you are showing a piece like this it is absolutely important that you show the whole piece. I have asked some folks and they tell me that it is a late made piece by Griswold and they came in sizes 7, 8, and 9, thats seven, eight, and nine. As for value, not much. I hope that helps.  :)

How scarce are these? Are there a lot of them out there?
