Hi everyone,
I've been trying to find information on this cast iron skillet but I haven't had any luck with google searches. My mom found it at an estate sale a number of years ago (and probably only paid a few dollars for it). On the bottom it says "Japan" under a very distinctive symbol that I don't recognize. The handle has a wood sleeve and is otherwise bronze(?), and the handle is screwed to the skillet.
Any thoughts?
