« on: August 30, 2009, 07:09:52 PM »
Hi folks, I was at the flea market today and found a super maid aluminum round waffle iron with a high base that is  also aluminum, any ideas on the value of this item? I have not run across one before and didnt want to give to much for it. Opinions would be much appreciated, thanks,Tony

Is it a toy size????  Aluminum high base??  Don't think I have seen that before,  but I don't collect Super Maid.   Best thing to do is post some pictures of it.

Thanks,

Will 8-)

It is a regular size iron, 6-7 inches across, have not bought it yet so no pics ;)

Here's a page from a 1930 SuperMaid publication.  Looks like it only came as a high base.
