ReSeason a NEW piece

I am the proud owner of a Lodge 12 x 12 raised bar griddle. 
Lodge states that it has been pre-seasoned.

Would it be better to season again for 4 or 5 "coats"

You don't have to, but it can't hurt it. Might want to look at the link on PAM seasoning.

I would just start frying with it. That will start the BEST seasoning on it [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
