Yes, safe and celebratory.  I told someone I refuse to get involved in other peoples' fights over politics.  This is our country's birthday and politics should take a holiday.

I was not discussing politics, just wishing America in general a Happy Birthday, and a Happy 250th Independence Day to WAGS in specific.  I figure that a man's political leanings are his own business and as long as he does not try to push them on me, everything is pretty much hunky dory. :cool:

Lee, I didn't think you were discussing politics and I certainly did not take any offense at your post.  I agree, this holiday was special and should be celebrated regardless of anyone's politics.
