Happy Thanksgiving! We’re visiting my wife’s parents in Mobile, AL. For the first time ever, we went out to eat for Thanksgiving, instead of cooking at home. I felt much better about the decision when we walked into the Renaissance Riverview Hotel and saw cast iron at almost every station ...
