Texas remains in my thoughts and prayers.
Those that are Friends on my FB page will see that.
I am a warrior when it comes to Hurricanes/Flooding East Coast inland style.
I did my first Water Rescues at age 16 in 1972 when Hurricane Agnes decimated most of Pennsylvania.
I took my Aunt, Uncle and Cousins out of a Second story window, and shoveled more Mud than I care to remember, and spent months as a Red Cross Volunteer (the only one with a car... hauling cribs, and sundry items into our local Red Cross Shelter...)... I had only had my Driver's License for less than a year, and it lasted thru my 17th Birthday.
I knew what I was, and still am, seeing in Texas... and have not been sleeping well since Friday past.
If I had not sold all of the boats in the past few years... I would be there now.
The East Coast storm is a drop in the bucket compared to the Enormity of Texas and now, parts of Louisiana...
I have friends in the Houston area.........
