Identification help needed on this smooth bottom, raised #10

A guy I met a few months ago called me this week and said he had a Lodge raised #10 he found. So, I stopped by his house yesterday and this is what he actually had. (See picture)

Obviously, it’s not a Lodge. Smooth bottom. No obvious markings. It reminds me a lot of a smooth bottomed raised #5 I have. Has anybody got an idea about who might have made this? Asian maybe? Prison made? I have no clue.

But it was interesting, and it sits perfectly flat, so I bought it.

I logged on to see if anyone could help id a #10  pan my brother picked up at an estate sale a couple days ago.

I look at this thread and guess what.  this one looks like the same pan.

At least we know it was not a one off pan.

That is not a crack on the back it just needs cleaning.

With the exception of the raised number it looks like a Wagner to me, hopefully someone else will chime in.
