what do I have here??

I'm confused ( not an uncommon state for me ), this skillet is marked 3 on the top handle, 4 on the bottom stamp, otherwise unmarked no "made" in or Manufacturer ID. Has a grainy texture, and a grind mark on the handle stem edge. Also has what appears to be two very small divots on the bottom surface, not sure they will show in the pics.

Picked at a local garage sale amongst some  "made in Taiwan" wooden handles CI skillets

I'm thinking more along the lines of an overseas re-pop, with numbering error, but will defer to those in the know.

I would say the pattern had 4 of those skillets on it. The number on the bottom was used for quality control purposes.
