The local Sams Club had this aluminum double burner griddle made by Nordic Ware. Cooking on it looks interesting considering the raised American flag on the surface.

Looks to me it's more supposed to be a grill pan (which I still find to be mostly useless, to be honest) than a flat griddle.

It is reversible, It has the raised flag on one side and is flat on the other side
