A rare number one ERIE skillet.
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

I wonder if Neil is out celebrating his new found luck by pulling a big drunk. He must be somewhere because we have not heard from him. Would somebody else venture a guess as to where Neil is or what has happened to him? :-/ ;D

Ok, here I am!
Been busy as can be.
What can you share with me about this little guy.
So far I have learned it is a variation of the No. 1.
Time frame of manufacture in the 1890's?
So far, I have heard this is one of two. The O'Neill's have one in their collection.
There are also the questions as to where I found it and paid for it?
Also, my manners, thank you for all of your help and incite into the information about this skillet.

Its a very rare piece so good for you. There are more than yours and Larry O's and Marge. Where you found it and how much you paid for it, that's your business, so if you say so its up to you. I hope you found it at a garage sale for two dollars. It makes the story more interesting.

I didn't get drunk.
I didn't faint.
I won't take up any more of your time.
