All seasoned up... Now I need help.

So, the Wagner has a bit of discoloration bit no pitting, warping etc. For $4.00 I'm quite satisfied.
Now this little skillet has me boggled.
As you can see she has a crooked "0" slightly off top center and a "3" and an "S" near the bottom.
Any ideas on her origins?

The 3 S is a Birmingham Stove and Range (BSR) Red Mountain "S" Series skillet.

The actual size equivalency = a traditional Size 2 skillet.

Cool, a BSR!
Any idea on a year?  I'm assuming this is on the newer side?
Thanks for the info!!!

Newer side of the 1930s to early 1950s for the Red Mountain series. Skillet is at least probably 65 years old.

Robert, I would narrow the time frame a bit further based on the catalogs which you can find here:
http://www.griswoldandwagner.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1485228031

Your 3S began in 1933 (approx.), has the wide graceful pour spouts which we know place it thru to 1945.  After WW2, the pour spouts are narrower. Red Mountain line ended in 1949/50, the Century line began in 1950.

:)

This stuff FASCINATES me.
I often wonder about the stories these items would/could tell.
Thanks again. :)
