Great job Cheryl! The #3 is my favorite Chief Ironois - the medallion-to-pan ratio is the perfect balance.

You need to move to move East.  If you look a a map of the mountains in North America, the tall ones are on the West, the shorter ones on the East.

That, along with winds mostly coming from the West,  has caused most of the older cast iron to gradually slide to the East Coast. ;)

Hello Tom. Yes thats the way I heard it too. Here where I live we use the Indian Head Skillets for door stops. You put two or three of them together stacked and they hold the doors. The farmers use the larger ones like the size elevens and twelves because it takes a lot of weight to hold open a barn door vs say a door in ones house where you get away with using a couple number three Indian Heads stacked for a door stop.
