SUPERB 3 burner restoration?
« on: October 22, 2016, 11:20:10 PM »
Just found this today. The only mark I see is SUPERB . Anyone know anything about it? Thought I would practice on this before I tried a Griswold. Any suggestions?

Be sure to let us see this when done Mitch. Now before anyone starts reading too much into why I said  it'd be good to start on this one- while it is a nice piece, typically a Griswold gas hot plate has a bit more value. Not because it's better, but because it's in demand. (name recognition). :)
I only have done , I think 5 gas hot plates. Once, just as a trial, I put the entire piece in (sans valves/ gas pipe) into my electro. After a couple of hours, everything came apart with no issues. FWIW
