ID on Pans
« on: November 03, 2014, 02:48:56 AM »
Hey guys,
I was just wondering who you think makes the french roll pan with side handle and the egg poacher looking pans and if you know the number or anything else about them? The French roll pan is in the bottom left corner and the four round egg poacher looking pan (or is it an ebelskiver?) Is in the bottom right.
Thanks!

Welcome to WAGS Austin!  Cool Picture...  However, I don't think you will get much info unless we can see a close up of each item, both the cooking surface and the reverse.

The 'French Roll' pan I think you are referring to is a "New England Style"  muffin pan.  Many variatins and many different makers...

good luck!  Larry

Nice pic Austin--I see a few flop griddles in there too.  Like Larry said, if you can get us some closeups on pieces you want to know more about that will be the best way we can help.
The good chefs never burn anything--we call it "culinary brown"!!

Hey guys,
Thanks for the technical ID on it Larry. I had no idea it was called a New England muffin pan. I took some close up screenshots of it. Will these help?  I haven't seen ones like these so I have no idea who they are made by.
