Found a nice one

Haven't been posting much lately, but I'm still on the hunt. I found this one just the other day. It's in the process of being cleaned, so I'll post the before pics. Grab your muffin pan books and see if you can ID this one.

Hello Chuck. Nice to hear from you. Yes that is a nice find, congratulations. Now Chuck its not good enough that just Cheryl gets to dislike you. Tell us how much you gave for that nice piece, so the rest of us can dislike you too.  ;D ;D


I seen one of them 14's earlier this year in the tougher variation. It brought good money but I forget what it did bring.  :-/

I'm afraid if I tell you, I might be tossed out of the club  ;)

I actually found it on eBay. The pics were buried in an auction with multiple pieces. I wasn't the only bidder. Someone else did place a bid.

Thats a nice piece Chuck. And you did a nice job cleaning it and seasoning it. I have one fourteen and its the same variation as yours. I got it from a WAGS member some time back.

Chuck I can help you out here. Sell me the Selden and Griswold spider web with the button hinge, and then you put that number 14 in the spider webs place. Since its you and all, i'm willin to help you out, be anybody else I wouldn't go out on a limb like this for them. ;)

Well Perry, that offer sounds tempting but I wouldn't want to put you  ;)in a tough spot like that. I'll have to deal with this dilemma myself. It'll be tough but I will just have to manage.  ;D
