Mark.. I found a 10 deep in one of the stores today...without a lid.  Was assuming at first that it was a Lodge, (Made in USA), but then got to wondering if it could be a BSR...

I'm taking a Lodge lid back tomorrow to see if it fits...

Charlee, I think all the BSR stuff is deep.  I don't remember seeing a shallow one like Lodge makes.

Here you are, this is the Centurary line which we see the most of.
Camp Ovens ( I think there is some difference in the legs also, but am at work and can't look at mine )
#10  10 x 4 1/2
#12  12 x 5
#14   14 x 5
The older Red Mountain with the verticle ears, that we don't see too often had more sizes.
Deep  9 through 12  depth 4 1/2 to 4 3/4
Shallow 9 through 13  depth  2/1/2 to 3

A Lodge #10 CO Lid will not fit a BS&R #10 CO. BS&R CO is 9 5/8", A Lodge #10 is 10". The bail attachment area ought to tell who made it. Lodge's Bail Attachment area has one hole in it for the bail to go through. BS&R's Bail attachment area has two holes in it and is much wider. On the BS&R the bail goes down one hole and up the other hole. Lodge did make a #10 CO Deep for Sportsman Warehouse, though it is not in any of the catalogs.

Thanks Tom, Here is a side view of that bail attachment area to add to Tom's BS&R photos. Also notice on Tom's photos the shape of the BS&R bail. It is similiar to Griswold's design. It goes up straight then arcs. Lodge's bail is a smooth arc over it's entire length. Also the BS&R has two holes for the bail wire to go through. The BS&R lettering is the same style as found on their skillets.
