Fairly common style, maker unknown, many seem to come from the midwest or nearby area, there are a few other pans with very similiar spouts and handles, value not a lot, made somewhere in the c.1870-1900 period, made in at least sizes 6-10 if not any larger.

Thanks Steve, It's a good user, I was dissapointed when it came out of electro, two hair line cracks near the rim but cooks good.

I, too, have a #9 like this.  Mine isn't particularly well-cast, but it is a good user.  I see lots of these at flea markets and antique malls and would concur with Steve that they probably originate from the midwest.
