What is Plett?  How is a Plett pan used?

Inexperienced user's answer:  it's a Sweedish pancake.  Heat pan on stovetop, put a little butter in each depression, pour in batter (I've never made it so don't know if batter differs from regular pancakes), cook one side, flip over with fork, remove, dress, eat.  Maybe others can expand on what I've said.

Plattars are small round pancakes......sometimes called silver dollar pancakes.  They are of Swedish origin.  They are cooked in a Platt (plett) pan.  

Look in the recipe section.....there should be a recipe for Plattars.  If not, there are several on the internet.

Here is a photo of a Platt pan.
