What is this lid and what is it worth?

It has 2 zig zag rings underneath and 5 circle rings on top.  No marking but looking similar pictures in red book 2001 ( Page 13, 28, 31, & 55. My guess would be an unmarked Wagner dutch oven number 12.  Outside diameter of lip on the lid is 12 3/4 inches.  What is this lid and do you know a value?

Your lid is a Wagner Ware Sidney, p/n: 1271.
It's a #12 lid and your measurement is correct( lip-lip).
Here's a picture of mine with the small lettering in the inside center.

As to value condition is very important this one looks very pitted good user though $40.00 IMO

I'm pretty sure Wagner DO's only went up to size 11. I have three or four different sets of them and have never seen or heard tell of a size 12. That particular design, with the circles, was used on skillet covers, Round Roaster DO's, and Oval Roasters for sure. Probably something else but I can't think of it right off the top of my head.  :-/

And also, and its not clear to me, maybe somebody else can see what they think about it. But in the Oval Roasters like I am talking about above, what sizes were made? I have a three, five, seven, and nine. Was there a number one made? I don't know, thats why I ask. But if you read the BB, to me, its not too clear. I do know Wagner made sizes, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9 Oval Roasters. BUT, did they make a size number one in that style, with the circles? I don't know.  :-/

Yes, it is a size 11 cover; the p/n:1271, does not reflect size of the unit, like I first thought; I have a #7&8 Wagner DO's with p/n: 1267 and 1268; It would appear that the last digit refers to the size.
I have a #11 Wagner DO, marked only with 11 on the cover; this one has the "bell" shaped cover with the door knob and screw. It fits either DO, so it's a # 11 pictured above....
