« on: March 16, 2015, 01:46:50 PM »
my father-in-law gave me a wagner ware #6 long griddle. It measures 23 3/4 from handle to handle, and 10 1/4 wide. Can anyone give me an idea of when it was made and a aprox. value. I haven't been able to find anything about this size griddle. thank you..bud heeter

Welcome Merle. :)

Pictures are necessary for us to provide accurate information.

Value is dependent on the markings on a piece and condition of the item.

This thread should be helpful on how to post pictures:

and also explains 'what' we need to see.  :) :)

Merle, I don't think Wagner made a #6 long griddle. In any case the measurements are to big to be a #6. Wagner's 1915 calendar lists a # 9 long griddle as being 10 1/8 X 21 1/2 with no #6 listed. I don't know if their measurements included the handle.
